This book will be indispensable for Shamanic Breathwork practitioners as it surveys the top people in the field. The transformational stories are incredibly inspirational and offer us pathways and validation as we make our own journeys. The tools are varied and really directly applicable to the practice which has helped so many people.
If you are curious about breathwork this is a nice accessible way to get a variety of perspectives.
