really liked it
bookshelves: self-help-books

An incredible guide & starting point to building your mental health. Perfect for anyone new to therapy or self work*. Covers so many aspects key to develop further to improve mental wellbeing.

*If you've been through therapy, read other CBT/self help books etc, I'd only recommend this book if you're needing a recap, reminders or prompts, otherwise likely aspects you may have covered and learned (by no means a negative of the book, just trying to help readers determine if this book is suited for them)
