Let me start by saying that I liked this book.
I just didn't like it as much as I wanted.

Hard to put my finger on why.

The world building is good and there are many concepts explored that peaked my interest.

Character development was okay but, this books suffers from what I would describe as something just happened or someone just did this. There were a few occasions where you question why something occurred or why someone became such and such a way.

I was disappointed by the ending and felt that the it was abrupt.

Perhaps I will give it a reread in the future (or let Alexa read it to me again).

It is worth a punt I would suggest but, I feel that with stronger editing or co authoring this could have been a 4 or 5 start title.
