While I am happy for Strayed that she finally got her life together, words cannot describe the lack of respect I have for her. A selfish and entitled 26 year old child-woman her poor decision making and excuse-driven life showed a lack of respect for real hardship or gratitude for what she did have. I'm glad she finally grew up but the way she chose to do it was neither responsible nor necessary--facing her life instead of running away from it would have shown true character. I'm annoyed that in getting this book from audible I helped financially reward her bad choices.
