I remember reading this ~a decade ago and it was comprehensive (excessively so; at least half could have been cut). Buffett is a very interesting person and trying to learn about his background to see why he was successful (which I think had a lot to do with "when") is appealing. However, just reading the BH annual shareholders would be far more helpful on that front, and honestly, more entertaining and engaging as well.
