….. this book. I don’t even have words to describe it. I guess i will start out with first and foremost, this book exceeded my expectations. I went in with the mindset that it would be mid, but i was so wrong. Seeing the amount that Lauren poured into this book. She definitely made up for my lost kiss. My heart broke in multiple different chapters but it always got glued back together, and i loved that. I was inwardly screaming during the sewer scene, since it felt similar to that one scene in tangled, which i loved. I don’t think there will ever be a fictional man that could top Kai Azer. His character and his actions made me cry at multiple moments. Paeydn didn’t disappoint in anyway either. The thing that i love about her is that she always gets back up, in any situation. She is so determined, stubborn and strong willed it’s just so admirable. The multiple moments between the too had me squealing and hoping the book would never end. My one complaint is that i had to wait 8 months for reckless and i barely survived, what am i going to do in between now and the 3rd book😭😭
Lauren, thank you for allowing me to escape reality and enter the world you have written!❤️💜
