Wyoming Ranch Justice by Juno Rushdan
Cowboy State Lawmen: Duty and Honor series #2. Harlequin Intrigue suspense with a touch of closed door romance. Can be read as a stand-alone.
There is a serial killer at the Southeastern Wyoming University. On and off for ten years, three young blond women are abducted, assaulted and then killed. His DNA is left behind but no other clues.
When the first victim is found, LPD Detective Hannah goes undercover, hoping to lure the killer but she interrupts his next kidnapping instead. From that point, Hannah and SWUPD Chief Matt Granger work together hoping to put together the pieces fast enough to prevent anyone else dying. But it’s rush week and parties will happen around the campus even though warnings have been issued.
Can they catch the killer before the third victim dies and the killer disappears again?

Fast moving action. Gripping and suspenseful from beginning to end.
Wow. This one is intense! Couldn’t put it down and stayed up way later than I should have on a work night.
It was worth it. Now an auto-buy author.
