A Good Thriller discussion

Here's how you do this:

Post the titles of three books in your Currently Reading List then, using those titles, create the title for a fourth, FICTIONAL book.

The only other rule, aside from being respectful? Make sure the NEW title makes some sort of grammatical sense and, of course, have fun!

1st book: Red Velvet Revenge (cupcakes and solving a murder)
2nd book: Sour Puss (Virginia wineries and solving a murder with the help of two pussycats and a Corgi bitch)
3rd book: The Two Towers (LOTR)

Fictional 4th book title: Red Velvet Revenge of the Two Sour Puss Towers.

That's too complicated

The new title is complicated but the rules are NOT THAT COMPLICATED!

I didn't say the rules were complicated. But judging by the lack of posts here . . . well you figure it out.

Frankly, it shouldn't be complicated at all to anyone who reads a bit. Let me try it:

2. The Metamorphosis
3. Orlando
=> The Educated Metamorphosis of Orlando.

1. The Thief Who Knocked on Sorrow's Gate
2. A Galaxy Unknown
3. Powers That Be
=>A Sorrow's Thief Who Knocked on The Galaxy Gate Unknown to Powers That Be.

1. The Power of Six
2. Crazy Rich Asians
3. Gone
=>The Power of Six Crazy Rich Asians Gone.

If I may suggest, we could compete as well along the line of who strings the funniest or longest lines (like, of 7 titles in a line). Just imagine how much fun it could be :)

I would think the technique is straightforward: you open your bookshelf for this year or your reading challenge for this year and just start comparing which headliners fit together and give some intelligent result :)
