If she is only known or well known by Mrs., then she should be credited as Mrs.
If her "real" name appears on the cover, then that can be a secondary author name.
I don't see the thread where this was discussed right away, but that was the result.

I didn't realized at first that it probably was her married name. After more thoughts, and even though I cannot find anything on her, I think it might be probable so added back the Mrs.
