So I definitely wasn't expecting Pandemonium to be what it's started out as being with the now/then chapters. I had expected us to just continue from where Delirium left off, so the 'Now' versus 'Then' concept will be interesting going forth, especially when it comes to keeping track of which chapters we're reading. Hahaha.

(view spoiler)[So as not to spoil anything in the first real comment about the book, I have one question: Do you believe Alex is dead?

Part of me would not be surprised if they offed him after the capture, especially as it would likely not take long to see how well he'd been able to infiltrate their system.

Then again, perhaps they'll just put him in Ward 6 with that guard. I'm more likely to go with this second option because I just refuse to believe he's dead. I could see them trying to get the word out that he's dead as a warning, but I just can't (read: don't want to) believe that he's dead. I'm going to hold on tight to the notion that at some point in this series, they will be reunited. (hide spoiler)]

The Then & Now thing really threw me off at first. I kept wanting to skip chapters when it would go back and forth because I mostly wanted to know what would happen in the NOW.
