History: Was born into a family of witches. After his family was murdered he decided to study and become very powerful. He normally works in the dark arts but his one ability since little was to see and communicate with spirits. He came out of trans when he was young around 14. He started transitioning with his voice a little while ago.

Mercury walked alone on the street, avoiding the seldom few people that passed by occasionally. He stopped at the end, and leaned against a lamp post, pulling out his phone, and scrolling mindlessly through the numerous missing person reports, chuckling every now and then when he saw a familiar face or two... or three... or dozen.
Dante was walking down the street. He was clenching his book and a black cat was following him. He stopped at a cross walk right by Mercury
He continued to scroll, going faster and faster, almost manically, until he reached the end of the list. He sighed, dissapointed, and put his phone away, glancing up at the person near him.
Dante was waiting for the light to change so he could walk across. There was a spirit around him be he pretended not to notice. When the spirit touched his shoulders he shivered slightly and swiped at his shoulders. Spirits were always very touchy with him and he wasn't too fond of it
Mercury watched the boy shiver, and scanned him up and down. He whispered to himself "Walking alone, book, shivering. Yes... he could be useful. Seems like the quiet type... Yes, yes." he stood there, watching under the lids of his eyes, a small smirk forming at the corners of his lips.
Dante started muttering something under his breath and right when he stopped the light and allowed him to walk so he walked across the street. He looked behind and tilted his head towards Mercury but shook his head and turned around and kept on walking
They smiled, changing a bit, shortening their hair, turning their eyes green, and lenghthening their body. They walked swiftly behind the strange boy, taking longer and longer strides as their body shifted.
Dante still had the black cat following him. He picked up the black cat and placed him on his shoulders. While Dante was moving the black cat curled around his neck and nuzzles into him. He heard someone falling behind so he quickened his pace
They walked faster, until they were walking next to the stranger. "Hello!" they said in a cheery, siren-like voice.
Dante jumped slightly and just waved. He didn't feel like talking to him but getting the vibe from him, he wasn't totally comfortable. He was hesitant and just looked down.
"You seem a little lonley" they smiled with a fake genuine tone in their voice "So I thought I could walk with you-"
Dante stopped and looked at him. The cat growled slightly and seeing the figures behind him which were spirits he knew not to mess around. "I am fine thank you" Dante said and continued walking
They followed still "I don't think you are. Walking alone isn't safe you know" they shrugged
Dante sighed. "Technically nobody is ever alone are they. We all got something ahold of us like you do." Dante said this in a sorta creepy tone to make this guy leave him alone
They shrugged "I'm well aware I've got a funny aura or whatever you call it about me." they tapped the bottom of their chin in mock thought. "I'm not easilly scared you know" they smiled a crooked smile, letting their teeth lenghthen a bit
Dante muttered something under his breath after seeing the teeth lengthen a bit. In a matter of seconds there was some space put between them quickly and Dante continued to walk away like nothing happened
They stopped, suprised, but quickly ran so that they were in front of him, fuming. "You don't just walk away from someone like that, you understand" he rasped, a steely tone to his voice as the returned to his 'default' appearance
