Kasia Here we go again!! Thank you guys, now I'm curious to see your goal pages, yay.

message 4: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter my sucks...

message 5: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Reading to me is similar to writing in a diary, it reminds me of people and places at the time of each book, fun stuff :)

message 6: by Mark (new)

Mark Yes!! Any book I read I place between the turned pages the feeling of the period in which it was read. Years later, just seeing the spine on the bookshelf is enough to relive those good memories.

message 7: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter do not relieve yourself too much onto them sir

message 8: by Kasia (new)

Kasia LOL!!! I just got what Regina was saying, took me a minute :P

message 9: by Mark (new)

Mark reLIVE Regina, RE-LIVE! :D Took me a minute, too, Kasia! :D

message 10: by Mark (new)

Mark Do you also have Creepers by the Dunn fella? I think it was a freebie on Amazon one day last month.

message 11: by Mark (new)

Mark If Cave Bear is cave p0rn, does that mean I can watch the movie adaptation and see Daryl Hannah in a Hollywood filmed p0rn flick?? ::Heads to the video store to find out:: :P

Regina Hunter Mark wrote: "If Cave Bear is cave p0rn, does that mean I can watch the movie adaptation and see Daryl Hannah in a Hollywood filmed p0rn flick?? ::Heads to the video store to find out:: :P"

almost....

message 13: by Kasia (new)

Kasia I want to see the movie now, I'm not a huge fan of Daryl but she was pretty darn good in Kill Bill.

I think I do have Creepers, there are way too many books with that title, gets so confusing.

message 14: by Mark (new)

message 29: by Mark (new)

message 30: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Mark wrote: "So much work stuffs! And still look at all you've read. Just imagine the possibilities for this weekend!"

I see every weekend as a good reading opportunity, not many more legal things I'd rather do than read.

message 31: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter Don't jump your supervisor ...without me!

message 32: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Gina wrote: "Don't jump your supervisor ...without me!"

Ola love, whatchu up to?

message 33: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter Rewired my PC, bought cake for mom, apparently she doesn't love American food. So i had to give her my boots that i got today as a gift, but I didn't tell her it was my gift. I will send a pic of what Dave got me.

message 34: by Mark (new)

Mark And then you've had visitors up in the air for the last couple of weekends, lol. Gah. Still, you've made such good progress :)

Gina got some great prezzies today. You gave your Mom your boots today? Which ones were they?

message 35: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter I got them as a present on Friday but forgot them at work. YOu never saw em, they are higher than a knee and stretchy material all around, very sleek, sexy and European. My Babylonian mother adores Alla Pugacheva, and that one wears these boots all the time. So I gave em to her, never even tried them on.

message 36: by Mark (new)

Mark YOU'RE too nice! What was wrong with the cake you got for her?? Let's have a link to these boots so we can figure out how to snag you another pair!

message 37: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter I don't have a link, it was a gift. And enough of gifts! Man! Wait till your birthday, you will regret you were born! Cheese Sponge Cake. Dunno, Davits mom loved it, I couldn't buy anything fancy and Russian cakes they eat almost every other week, there was no point in buying those.

message 38: by Mark (new)

Mark Takes out all the specialness if you have the sucker every couple days, huh? lol. I remember having sponge cake. And remember having cheesecake. But can't remember having cheese sponge cake. Do you like? Apparently Davit's Mom's taste isn't as, what was it, Babylonian?, as your Mom's. :D

message 39: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter My mom is a COMMUNITS-Babylonian-You-know-who (I speak like ppl in Harry Potter) speaking of midgets and gingers. If Voldemort could trace his name when somebody said it, why couldn't he put a trace on You-Know-Who, which apparently everybody used and lets throw in the Dark Lord in there too.

message 40: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Cheese sponge? Sounds like Sponge Bob Square Pantalones...

I'm going to be behind on my reading with this large clunker oh well :P

message 41: by Mark (new)

Mark I didn't get a notification about the discussion carrying on!

If I remember right, wasn't it that they just didn't like to give his name any symbolic power? I don't remember him having the ability to track down whoever spoke it aloud.

Sponge Bob CHEESE pants! Lal alalalaa lala alala Sponge Bob CHEESE pants!

Meh, it won't matter. If you're digging it, that's all that does :)

message 42: by Regina (new)

Regina Hunter CAKE WAS AWESOME, not too sweet.

message 43: by Mark (new)

Mark Just look at all the stuffs you've read this year!

message 44: by Mark (new)

Mark There's a very schizo picture that evolves when looking at the covers of your books this year. First, I get really hungry. Then I get scared to death and wanna projectile spew everywhere (especially that one for They Thirst). Then hungry. Then scaaaaaaaaaared!

message 45: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Haha I know, such a colorful melange of scary goodies! I'm always surprised to see people only ready one type of book, when they all look the same, I just pick what feels like something I want to jump into.

message 46: by Mark (new)

Mark Can we reapply an old metaphor here to go along with the food theme above and say, "Variety is the spice of life"? ;P

message 47: by Kasia (new)

Kasia Variety is spicy but I like old comforts, in reading though I enjoy mixing it up.

omg man.. you have to get on Clash of Kings... I wanted to kick and punch when I read the last chapter ( last chapter I was on, not last chapter of the book)!

message 48: by Mark (new)

Mark Just had Jim Berry in. And Sharapova Painter's already dropped off his order and won't be back for an hour and a half an...oops, spoke to soon. Here comes somebody :P

message 49: by Kasia (last edited Nov 14, 2012 09:20AM) (new)

Kasia Close that damn door lol

But don't be rude, make sure to look up from your read and wave as they bang on it :p

message 50: by Mark (new)
