New View Type like Spreadsheet Timeline

I am hoping that this Timeline View in Spreadsheet will be added in AppSheet as well.
It will surely be a screen that fits the new desktop mode.🤗

In fact, I feel that a Gantt Chart-like View would be more effective in AppSheet, with permission settings and categories  groupings.

Gantt chat as well as pivot table view are most wanted features with me for years with AppSheet.

Timeline View has been added to database.
However, I wanted it added to the Viewtype in AppSheet.🤔

This should have come first on AppSheet platform rather than inside the database, which is generally not visible by the app users..... 😞

A timeline view with better integration to Google Calendar would add so much power to the platform. I feel like Google is slowly integrating it's main consumer products into AppSheet. Calendar and Maps should be the priority in my view. We still can't do an address search!

Both Gantt and Kanban views are present in Appsheet Database but not in Appsheet itself. I was hopeful that it would be integrated soon, but I don't really know. It seems that they have what it takes to make it happen.

also don't get why they would add something to the backend but not the frontend...

The Timeline chart feature has now been introduced for Google Sheets and ASDB. This marks a positive step towards its future integration into AppSheet. This update is particularly significant for app-based interfaces, as it holds more relevance there than in traditional sheet environments.
