Cloud Composer Failing to Create Environment

  • {PROJECT_NUMBER}[email protected]: Editor
  • service-{PROJECT_NUMBER}@cloudcomposer-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com : Cloud Composer API Service Agent, Cloud Composer v2 API Service Agent Extension

For the past few days, I've been trying to create a new one with the above conditions, but I'm getting two errors.

one is "During the creation of Pod: download-images-ds"

 failed to create containerd task: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: exec: "sh": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown: RunContainerError

and the other is "During the creation of Pod: airfow-redis"

Status
 Pods are pending

And the final result is

Some of the GKE pods failed to become healthy. Please check the GKE logs for details, and retry the operation.

Even if you run under the same conditions, there are GCP projects that succeed and GCP projects that fail.

Also running into the same problems. To add; this seems to be region independent it also fails in eu and us regions. Composer1 creation does work on the same projects. Created an issue here.
