Gke unknown calls to 172.16.0.3 in logs.

Hello,
In our logs I can see a lot of calls to 172.16.0.3 IP. I cannot find in any documentation what is this IP address- same address is visible in logs of many our clusters and we don't have any subnet or peering with range which covers this IP address. Do You maybe know what is this IP? Looks like this is connected to some kube-system or control plane components.

It's the control plane API endpoint.

If we have 172.16.0.0/18 as a exported route from peering of another VPC in another project can it have any affect on this endpoint? We face some issue with control plane timeouts on some clusters in peered VPC.
