Unable to access VM when created by another user

Hi Team,

An employee created VM you has been given editor access. But when i lunch the VM and connect via SSH key, i am not able to see any file or the running docker container. I have owner access to the project, but still unable to see it. Vice-versa if a VM is created by myself, other are unable to see what file are within the VM. 

Please advice what can be done
