We are facing a very strange issue. We are using our Google Workspace as our LDAP and source of authentication records. We have simplesamlphp as our SSO platform to connect multiple online tools and it has been working great for us so far. A few days ago we started to experience a strange issue where some of our users can not login to our website or their Mac LDAP binded at all with a wrong password error. I as the domain admin, changed their password several times and I tried it myself but still not working! I tried resetting their password with GAM still no luck. I created several new accounts and I have reset these accounts passwords several times and they work fine. What would be the reason for this strange issue? It looks like something is wrong in their LDAP attributes, how can I get to it?
