Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan will be embarking on their next overseas trip very soon.

Today, Colombia's vice president announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced will be heading to Colombia. The tour, which will mark their first joint trip to the South American country, will focus on the couple’s work in supporting mental health activism and fostering safer online environments for youths.

The couple was invited to visit Colombia by Vice President Francia Márquez, who described the Sussexes’s upcoming itinerary in a statement released this morning. “During their trip, The Duke and Duchess will join me in visiting Bogotá, as well as the Caribbean and Pacific regions of Cartagena and Cali,” Marquez said. “In these vibrant locations, they will have the exceptional opportunity to engage with leaders, youth, and women who embody the aspirations and voices of Colombians committed to progress. In addition to these meaningful interactions, The Duke and Duchess will experience the rich heritage of Colombia.”

Their visit to Colombia will be the Sussexes’s third joint international trip this year, following previous visits to Canada in February and Nigeria in May.

In Canada, the couple took part in festivities for Invictus Vancouver Whistler 2025 One Year to Go, an event celebrating preparations for the anticipated 2025 Invictus Games for winter adaptive sports next year. Their excursion to Nigeria was also in support of the Invictus Games. The duke and duchess attended a reception for military families and athletic events including a basketball game and polo match.

Harry, who founded the Invictus Games in 2014 and recently celebrated the competition’s 10-year anniversary in London, spoke about the significance of the adaptive sports tournament while delivering a speech in Canada.

“The Invictus Games are not just a competition; they’re a way of life … a celebration of the human spirit. The games provide a platform for us to showcase your abilities, to inspire the world, and honor the sacrifices of those we have lost,” he said at the time. “It is a reminder that we are not defined by our injuries, but by our strength, our commitment, and our ability to overcome adversity.”
