Don't know what e-mail address your Login.gov account uses?

1. Go to the Login.gov web site and login: https://secure.login.gov/
   

   If you are using the email and password option to login to Login.gov, you have your answer!
   If you are using your PIV card, the next step will show you where to see the e-mail address you are using in your Login.gov account.

2. Once you have successfully logged in you will be on the "Login.gov - Your Account" page.

   Your e-mail address will show in a couple of places on that page.

   
   

   

3. If that is not the e-mail address you have in your IAT profile, write to the IAT Help Desk  and we will add it to
   

   your IAT profile in a secondary e-mail field and you will be able to sign in to IAT using Login.gov.

4. If you are unable to get signed in to your Login.gov account, you must follow the Login.gov process for resetting your
   

   password or troubleshooting your account there, IAT does not have access to any of your information in the
