Speaker 1 (00:00):
Second hour, Clay and Buck kicks off right now, live
from the floor of the r NC Media Center Radio Row.
It's also called though Now. I think there's a lot
of digital video going on here too. Thanks for joining
us team. Well, we've got so many guests today. Just
to give you a little little roadmap where we're going.
Dave McCormick, a veteran, super successful business guy and Senate

(00:26):
candidate Pennsylvania who also was present at that rally where
the assassin's bullet raised President Trump's head.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
He was there.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
He'll be joining us in just a little bit. Also,
Senator Haggerty will be with us. Tech titan David Sachs,
of the founders of PayPal fame and an out conservative
pro Trumper now or at least out in favor of Trump.
I should say Elon Musk, by the way, also in
favor of Trump. This is a big deal for some
of the biggest names in Silicon Valley. It's not just

(00:58):
because they're well known influential pe In the case of
Elon Musk, you're talking about the richest guy on the
planet and some of his friends. Peter Tile has been
a longtime Trump supporter, but some of his Silicon Valley friends,
coming over into the fold is a good thing. It
feels like a massive correction for the country from the

(01:18):
madness of the Democrat left stretching all the way back
into the COVID era.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
So we're gonna we got even more that we got.
I mean, I can't even go into all the guests
we got, we got so many of them. But a
couple of.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
News items wanted to get to today, just to start
with a fun one, can I start with the full one?
Because Clay, sure enough, I wake up this morning and
I'm drinking I'm drinking coffee that unfortunately wasn't Crockett.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
I cannot tell a lie. I couldn't.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
I forgot to bring my Crockett coffee with me, And
let me tell you what I was drinking was just
just trash swill, not good stuff, because it's not Crockett.
Good at Crocketcoffee dot Com, my friends subscribe. I'm actually
here at the RNC my Crockett sweatshirt, which maybe makes
me look a little under dressed for the event, but
I will tell you super comfortable and beautiful branding because
Crockett's all about America for them and Davy Crockett, So

(02:01):
please subscribe. Go to Crockett Coffee dot com for that
and and you'll have the best coffee. To remember, ten
percent of profits goes to tunnel the towers too, So
we're doing great things with the coffee money that you
give us. And we have Oh yes, this morning Morning Joe.
Sure enough, your boy, Morning Joe. And I love the
emails and the and the messages that I'm getting from

(02:24):
all of you telling me that you have also joined
me in the in the uh little joy ride into
madness that is a Morning Joe watching session. They are back,
and I will tell you it did not go unnoticed
to them that the bosses over at MSNBC thought to themselves, oh,

(02:48):
we can't allow them on the air after the assassination
attempt on Donald Trump.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Because their guests are too crazy. So they came on
air a day later, and this is how that went.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
We were told in no uncertain terms on the Sunday
evening that there was going to be one newsfeed across
all NBC news channels yesterday that we were going to
stay as a network in breaking news mode throughout all
day yesterday. That did not happen. We don't know why
that didn't happen. Our team was not given a good

(03:23):
answer as to why that didn't happen. But it didn't happen.
We were very surprised. We were very disappointed. And if
we had known that there wasn't going to be the
one news feed from NBC News across all NBC News channels,
we obviously would have been in yesterday morning.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
We are five minutes past the top of.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
The hour, and let me just say we next time
we're told there's going to be a news feed replacing us,
we will be in our share city here, Yeah, and
the news feed will be us, or they can get somebody.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Else sitting here to host the show.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
I just wanted to know because Clay, you know, there's
a lot of a lot of commentators and stuff going
on out there and people posturing taking positions. There you
have Mika and Joe admitting that what we said on
Monday was one hundred percent true, which is it was
an enormous slap in the face to that show, which
is the most important Biden admin, Biden's staff watch show

(04:16):
on cable News right now.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
They set the tone. They're the most pro Biden.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
They pulled them off the air because they couldn't trust
them to cover the Trump assassination attempt, And if they
had any integrity, they would have said, you put us
on air requitting That's what we told you, and that's
what they're saying.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
And that's what they said on air.

Speaker 6 (04:35):
And I will limited defense here if you or I
or anybody else out there that talks on a daily
basis unless the emergency alert system is activated and aliens
have landed and.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
We are basically in a fight for survival.

Speaker 6 (04:53):
If you are in the business of talking to your
audience about everything that goes on in the world and
they don't let you talk on Monday after the assassination attempt,
in what may have been the biggest Monday in the
history of that show, I think you have to quit.

(05:13):
If we had been told, God forbid, Joe Biden got
shot and somebody had said, you guys can't go on
and talk about it the next day, I would say, well, then.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Why did you hire us.

Speaker 6 (05:25):
We have to be able to talk to all of you,
no matter what the stories are. And if you can't
be trusted by your bosses to talk about the stories
of the day, that's an incredible indictment. Of you and
their lack of confidence in you. And I think what's
happening here is MSNBC is breaking because think about this,

(05:46):
buck In twenty sixteen, they could say Trump won, it
was a totally unexpected scenario.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
He only won by one hundred thousand votes. We screwed up.

Speaker 6 (05:57):
We gave all of the airtime to him, We put
him on for the rally. He managed to sink an
unexpected putt to get elected. Twenty twenty, they did everything
imaginable to ensure that he didn't win, and Biden, by
the slimmest of margins in Wisconsin and Georgia and Arizona
got across the line. If Trump wins comfortably in twenty

(06:21):
twenty four, there are no excuses. Your audience and the
nation as a whole is repudiating the lies that you
have spread. And I think the panic is starting to
set in.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
And let's break that.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Down a little bit further, because I think that's absolutely correct.
I also think that when you tell everyone remember the
rallying cry in twenty sixteen, hashtag resistance and then it
was Joe Biden in twenty twenty is going to unify.
Donald Trump is horrible. Donald Trump is horrible. Joe Biden's
going to unify and be this great president. Part of

(06:52):
the issue now is that the Biden administration and the
promise of Biden has been.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
Such a failure. Yes, such a catastrophe.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
And even Democrats, you look at the Polly, you can't
even believe it, Like more than half of Democrats want
not Biden to be could you imagine.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
Yeah, Well, then it's not even that they don't think
he's done a great job. They didn't even think he
can do the job.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
It's very hard now to switch back into the O'donald
Trump is a unique threat to democracy hashtag resistance will
do better because the guy that they replaced Trump with
is a catastrophe. Everybody knows it. They're a rank partisan,
so they're never going to vote Republican.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
I get it.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
But even Democrats deep down know that he is. Biden
is effectively a loser, even though technically he won in
twenty twenty and Clay here's there's there's so many lyricism in.
Another part of it is, as you see the trajectory
of Trump right now.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
They caused this.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
Yes, the media encourage the anti Trump Democrat legacy. Media
in particular, The New York Times, the Washington Pope, MSNBC, CNN.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Go down the list.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
They created this desire for the destruction of Trump in
the Democrat base. The Democrat base demanded of their politicians.
Some I think believed in it. Some are just going
along with it. That you have to go beyond just
a political contest. You have to throw Trump in prison.
And now what we see is that mass hysteria essentially

(08:27):
fanned by you know, the flames of this fan by
media hysteria is delivering. Perhaps we don't know yet, but
it's looking good. We'll see an unprecedented victory to Donald Trump.
What what do you say to the audience of Morning Joe,
for example, Clay, If Donald Trump wins by substantially more

(08:49):
in twenty twenty than he did in twenty sixteen, what
can you tell your people at that point other than
I don't know, maybe it is time for them to
move to Canada or Europe.

Speaker 6 (08:57):
If you're gonna make excuses, excuses demand, and this is
the ultimate sports analogy. Excuses demand close outcomes. If you
lose fifty two to three and you come out and
you say, boy, the officiating was really bad, nobody buys it. Yes,
if you lose twenty to nineteen and there's four or
five calls that you think are not acceptable or we're

(09:21):
outside what should have been called, then everybody pays attention
to the officiating. What we are trending towards right now
is MSNBC having to talk to their audience about a
fundamental rejection of their worldview as we're talking.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
Buck AP poll just dropped. This is Democrats.

Speaker 6 (09:40):
Two thirds of Democrat voters, according to the AP, want
Biden to drop out of the race.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Only three.

Speaker 6 (09:48):
This is Democrats, only three and ten Democrats believe that
Biden has the mental and physical capability to be president.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Think about how much worse that is than what we're
used to when it comes to a political election year.
It's not two out of three Democrats prefer another Democrat candidate,
or it's not a strong majority of Democrats think that
there's somebody who could be better, but they'll settle for Biden.
They are saying, by huge, what do you say, three

(10:19):
out of ten think he actually can do it. Yeah,
seventy percent of Democrats are saying Joe Biden can't even
do this job. But what's fascinating to me is of course,
those same seventy percent of Democrats are overwhelmingly by huge numbers,
going to still vote for Joe Biden if he is
their candidate. Democrats know that, which is why I still
think he will be the Democrat candidate. In fact, what

(10:40):
you have seen, Clay is biden blunders have protected him
in very unexpected but interesting ways.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
The choice of Kamala Harris as a VP is the reason.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
That Joe Biden got so far into this election that
it's almost impossible to replace him. And the disaster of
the Bible in campaign and certainly the Biden presidency up
to this point means that it's so shaky to be
in the Democrats shoes right now that I'm not even
sure any third option would want to take that role

(11:14):
at this point. Take that position right usually you think, oh,
I get to be my party's nominee in a general election.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
I'm a politician. I have to jump at that.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
If you're Gavin Newsom, or if you're Gretchen Whitmer, or
any of the names you know Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania,
any of the names of Democrats who are out there
talked about as a possible third option.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
I think you'd have to be.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Out of your mind to want to step in what
after the DNC convention in August, to try to take
on Trump At this point, it's crazy. So Biden is
basically so bad and so inept that he has made
himself irreplaceable.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Isn't that a weird place to think about that though? Right?

Speaker 1 (11:56):
It's like, it's like if you make your house such
a mess, if you're like order who never cleans up anything,
and your house is such a mess that you can't
sell it and they don't want to repossess it, that's
kind of where he is.

Speaker 6 (12:07):
I just this is gonna be a tough This is
gonna be a tough one for them to answer, because
Biden has tried to stay alive as the as the
nominee and stay alive in general by saying only elites
are coming after me. This is the Hollywood elites, this
is George Clooney, this is the big party donors. Again

(12:28):
this AP poll that just dropped, sixty five percent of
Democrats say that Biden should withdraw. I think the pressure
is gonna get ratcheted up. We haven't mentioned it to
the last couple of days, but There's been a lot
of stories about them trying to get Biden nominated before

(12:48):
the actual convention in August so that they can end
this conversation. There's been remember the issue in Ohio. They're
using that as an excuse for why they need to
do a role call zoom and basically.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
Get him nominated.

Speaker 6 (13:02):
The story he was protected in some ways, I think
post the Trump assassination attempt because a lot of Democrats
just said, as you just pointed out, he's gonna win.
We need almost somebody to just be the sacrificial lamb
to run against him. And if you're an elite Democrat
politician that thinks you have a future, why not wait

(13:23):
till twenty eight when there's no incumbent and put your
name in the hat right then instead of losing.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Now this goes along with the report, and maybe we
can come back and just dive into this quickly before
our next guest, Dave McCormick, who's got to win that
critical Senate seed in Pennsylvania and was there and saw
the attempted assassination of Donald Trump.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
But Clay, it.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
May be the case that Biden was about to get
another shove on over the weekend from down. That's right,
We'll tell you what crazy happenings that are changing the
course of politics and with it, the country.

Welcome back in.

Speaker 6 (15:31):
Clay Travis, Buck Sexton show, Doctor Ben.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
Carson with us. Now. You never know who's going to
swing by.

Speaker 6 (15:36):
It's great to see you again, doctor, and you spoke
last night. Fabulous job helping to bring the party together.
We're talking about the unity from Nicky Haley, Ron DeSantis.
You know President Trump, Well, how have you seen him
change since the assassination attempt? And also how much unity
do you see and feel at this convention compared to

(15:59):
past conventions.

Speaker 8 (16:00):
Well, there's a spirit here that is very different than
I've seen before, where people recognize that there is a
greater force than us at work. And you know, President
Trump was saved by God, I have no doubt about
that for things to happen the way that they did,

(16:21):
and that was a chip shot from that location and
for him to turn his head at exactly that time,
to have that bullet whiz by like that, to actually
hit his ear, which is right next to your skull,
is pretty amazing. And it reminds me of the bullet

(16:43):
story of the bulletproof George Washington. During the Battle of
Manongahela during the French and Indian War, George Washington was
a courier for General Bradock and all the couriers were killed,
and Washington had two horses shot from beneath them. He
had four bullet holes in his coat, bullet fragments in

(17:03):
his hair, but no wounds whatsoever. And many years later,
still before he became president, he was back in the
area and one of the Indian chiefs had his men
bring him to him because he was infirmed at that time.
He said, I need to see this man before I die.
And when he saw Washington, he said, Sir, I'm an

(17:26):
expert marksman, and I shot you many times, and my
men shot you many times, and pretty soon I tell
him Stott wasting their bullets. And I just wanted to
meet the man who was protected by the great spirit above.
And I think President Trump was protected that way, because
think about how much our country has deteriorated just in

(17:47):
the last three years.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
We believe it was divine providence too.

Speaker 8 (17:51):
We couldn't take that again.

Speaker 6 (17:52):
Yeah, doctor Carson, appreciate everything you're doing, and thank you
so much for being such a great patriot.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
Thank you, sir for that'sher is phenomenal.

Speaker 6 (18:03):

All right, welcome back into Clay and Block live here
at the r NC.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Are amazing line up today of fantastic guests. Canntinues on
We were talking Senate yesterday. We're gonna be talking Senate
every day because we hope Trump is going to win
looking good. But if we don't have control of the
Senate in the house, things get slowed down a lot.
And if you're picking a Senate seat, that is absolutely critical.
If you think it might be the most critical, I
think a lot of people be with you would be

(19:17):
this race in Pennsylvania.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
Dave McCormick is with us now. He's a veteran.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
He is a very successful businessman, understands economics. But Dave,
we have to have you start for us with you
were there in Butler, Pennsylvania. Right there, Yeah, right next
to the president, right in in the line of fire.

Speaker 9 (19:36):
That is the truth. Tell us about it. Yeah, guys,
thank thanks for having me. I met the President backstage
when he got there. He got to Butler, he did
some pictures with folks and he said to me, Hey,
I want to have you come up on the stage.
I want to have you come talk. This is you know,
I want to talk talk about your race. So when
you got out there, I was sitting on the ground
level right to the right of him in the first row,

(19:57):
and he got into the speech a couple of minutes
and he said, Hey, this Senate race is important, Dave McCormick.
I want you to come up. And he invited me
to go up the stage to talk. And so I
started to go through the security and got through the
first layer and was headed up to the podium and
then he goes, wait, wait, I want to He's saying
this in front of fifteen thousand people. I want to
finish this to border things, so I want to do
this chart. I'll have you come back up later so

(20:20):
you can go sit down. And I went and sat down,
and then two minutes later the bullets started. So, I mean,
it was very possible. And the President said that after
the fact that I talked to him the other day.
He said, two minutes, you know, you would have been
night in the middle of it. And it was pretty
clear to me, as as a military officer, that that
this was gunfire. Pretty quick, I couldn't tell it was
one or two. I thought there might be two shooters

(20:42):
and I saw the President go down. I saw him
grab his eer and go down, and the Secret Service
was on top of him almost immediately, and there was
somebody hit behind me. So I was sort of seeing
it on two sides. And then I saw this amazing
thing which I'll never forget, which is the President standing
up and this phalanx of guards, you know, Secret Service
guys around him, and I see this fist pop out

(21:03):
and this fist of defiance and photo and you know, courage.
And I'll tell you, guys, I think if one hundred
people were in that situation, ninety eight ninety nine are
in the fetal position and they're not getting back.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
Up, and I wouldn't I have said this. I wouldn't.
I wouldn't blame them. I think you got gunfire coming in,
stayed out.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
I mean, we didn't know if there's a more shooters.
We didn't know if the shooter was dead. There was
no way to know.

Speaker 9 (21:25):
And the fact that he got up, I was absolutely
never forget that image. And then they moved and he
could see his face was bloody, and so two things
were happening for me at the same time. I guess
three things. One they were moving, the President off the stage.
The gentleman behind me was twenty five feet behind me,
was hit badly, and people are trying to stop quickly.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
Were you aware of that?

Speaker 2 (21:44):
By the way, About.

Speaker 9 (21:46):
The sort of same time as they were moving Trump
off the stage, it became clear somebody behind us was hit,
and then we were all down because we didn't know
if there was more shoe shooters.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
Yeah, yeah, and it was. It was. It was quite
a surreal moment.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
Okay, you have a military back ground.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
The fact that they allowed this twenty year old to
get up onto the top of that location that shed
basically and take a shot at Trump. How much of
a failure is it of the Secret Service? You mentioned
the guy behind you dead because of that failure. Is
there any way that the head of the Secret Service
should still have her job? And how in the world

(22:25):
is that level of failure even possible? You were there,
Now that you've seen all that you experienced it, but
now that you've seen how it happened, how.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Is that possible?

Speaker 9 (22:36):
Honestly, it's gonna be something we're going to have to
study at the great length. It is a failure of
such magnitude it's unimaginable to me. I worked earlier with
the President Bush and I traveled with him. I know
what the security looks like. The idea that the initial
answer I heard was, well, that rooftop was not in
the envelope. I mean, it's the crazy thing that that

(23:00):
rooftop one hundred and thirty yards any any Pennsylvania deer
hunter with a high powered rifle on a scope, which
is going to make that shot. Yeah, And so the
fact that the President turned his head just at that
moment saved his life and saved us from a national catastrophe.
So it's impossible for me to imagine that failure. It's

(23:22):
imp and you see here, everything you hear makes it
sounds words, And it's impossible for me to imagine the
person in charge of the organization that oversaw that failure
should be in their position.

Speaker 6 (23:31):
You worked in business, you also worked in military. Holding
people responsible for success or failure is a big part
of anyone in the military or business. Shouldn't Joe Biden,
as a matter of just basic responsibility, have demanded a
resignation there because, by grace of God is the only

(23:52):
reason Trump wasn't killed. They completely failed in that absolutely.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
And listen, there's always going to be.

Speaker 9 (23:58):
In any organization, things that have happen that the leader
has to be held accountable for. The leader of the
organization is responsible, but in this particular case, the degree
of failure is changes the course of history.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
It's so incompetent as well that I have a hard
time trying to explain to people the level of incompetence
without disbelief. And I don't begrudge their disbelief, because no
one wants to think that the Secret Service slash law
enforcement working with them in this capacity could mess up
so blatantly. We've been talking about this. This wasn't someone

(24:33):
taking a shot from a thousand yards out who had
real expertise, and you know that could be very dangerous too.
This was the most obvious place to take the most
obvious shot. And so it's stunning that there has been
no accountability yet. And I understand people not trusting the
FBI right now either on given what's going on with Trump.

Speaker 9 (24:50):
Well, and we don't know there, I mean we it's
hard also to imagine and we'll find out more. A
twenty year old.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Kid, yeah, cooked up this idea and we almost know
not thing about him.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
Still, for the politics.

Speaker 9 (25:02):
Here and then orchestrated this entire thing without anybody else
knowing or helping you anyway.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
It seems very making by the way, that's this story
has come out today too. Buck the guy had a
range finder and the Secret Service was aware that he
was coming in with a rangefinder.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
And I saw one of our friends.

Speaker 6 (25:21):
Hemingway, said today that she had her like Molly, Molly
Hemingway got her. I saw her tweeting that her little
air mister was taken by the Secret Service. They wouldn't
allow it to be brought in. The fact that this
was the arrange find, I mean, he's not on a
golf course, Like, why in the world would somebody be
allowed to bring a rangefinder to a political level of

(25:44):
incompetence is so bad that people are going to have
a hard time accepting that it was in competence. But
I did want to ask, because you're in this critical
race and we're only got a couple of minutes with you,
how's it looking right now in Pennsylvania?

Speaker 9 (25:56):
What's the what's the dynamic out there? I mean, honestly,
I feel I feel great about it. Pennsylvany is tough.
I mean, it is tough state. Because the stakes are
so high. But I think I'm gonna win this race.
And I'm gonna win this race largely because I said
this last night in my speech. This is a race
with a choice between strength and weakness, strength and weakness

(26:18):
at the top of the ticket with President Trump and
President Biden. If you didn't think it was strength and
weakness before, watch that debate performance, and then watch that
performance on the stage when President Trump.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
This is what it's about.

Speaker 9 (26:29):
At a time when adversaries around the world are testing us,
challenging us, our economies in deep trouble, wide open border
that's creating a fentanyl crisis.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
The list goes on and on.

Speaker 6 (26:38):
I'm gonna come campaign with you. I'm making a promise again.
We're gonna get it officiallyin out now. We're gonna come
to a penn State game, maybe that Ohio State game.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
I've got to look at your team. We're gonna be there.

Speaker 6 (26:50):
I want people who are listening right now in pennsylvania're
just big ten football fans.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
Come out.

Speaker 6 (26:54):
We're gonna have a fun event that we're gonna do.
And it's super important that we take back your Senate
seat in Pennsylvania and flip Senate control to hopefully Donald
Trump's team and the Republicans.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
Man.

Speaker 9 (27:09):
I love your support, Dave MCCORMICKPA dot com is where
people can find out about me. And the thing I'll

doing to make that happen.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
Thank you, Thank you, Dave, Appreciate you.

Welcome back in Clay Travis buck Sexton Show Live from Milwaukee.
Join now by Marjorie Taylor Green, great state of Georgia,
And let me start here because we got a lot
we want to hit you with. But how optimistic are
you about things in Georgia, particularly in your district, which
is a huge Trump area. How are things looking as

(28:49):
Georgia you think comfortably moving back into the Trump team
and camp based on what you're seeing, George.

Speaker 5 (28:55):
Is looking great. I'm very optimistic about Georgia as long
as we can make sure elections are safe. We have
a new law in Georgia that has secured many components.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
So I do feel.

Speaker 5 (29:07):
Good about Georgia, but Georgia is still important. We still
have to keep our foot on the gas and make
sure we'd get it done in November.

Speaker 1 (29:14):
We're hearing a lot about how Democrats are planning to
just pile money into the House races to try to
eke out a majority, really just so they can try
to sabotage what they are worried is going to be
a Trump win and Trump agenda going forward. What do
you think about about how that's going to play out?
Are you seeing that too?

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (29:36):
Yes, absolutely, And never underestimate our enemy. They're very smart
and they're good at what they do. They should be
piling money into trying to keep the House because we
barely control it right now. Also, the last few special
elections have been very strong for Democrats. They have elected
Democrat House members in these special elections. They have also
significantly made advances closing the gap on republic that have

(30:00):
just recently won their special elections. So that's a little concerning.
But the whole reason why they're doing that is they're
they're basically coming to terms that that Donald Trump is
going to win the White House in November. What they
have to do is if they can get control of
the House, they will completely derail the first two years
of his presidency, which are obviously the most important legislatively.

(30:23):
Here's also a big thing. I hear it all the
time from my Democrat colleagues talking to the press. They
are not going to certify Donald Trump's election. They will
not do it. That and people are confused, That's not
this Congress that certifies. It's the next Congress that will
certify the election. Democrats will unify and block it. But
then what happens then, Oh it'll be It'll be a

(30:46):
complete constitutional crisis.

Speaker 6 (30:48):
It would be amazing, after all of the arguments for
them to and I think you're right there are a
ton of them that will do whatever they can to
avoid certifying Donald Trump, as they will.

Speaker 5 (30:59):
But I want to throw out something here for practical
minded people that are strictly voting with their wallet and
their checkbook and their savings account. The tax code is
going to be rewritten by the next party that controls
the House of Representatives. Majorly important. If you hate President Trump,
if you are angry at Republicans, let me give you
one reason to get out and vote for President Trump

(31:20):
and every Republican down ballot is it's all about the
tax code.

Speaker 6 (31:24):
You were the first congress member to endorse JD Vance
in his Senate race. You love JD Van coming early,
Yobuka stake over that prediction, but you were telling President
Trump JD JD JD. For people out there who do
not know JD Vans, why did you like him? How
excited are you that he's the VP?

Speaker 3 (31:43):
I went in early.

Speaker 5 (31:43):
I had to go to bat for JD when he
was running for Senate because he was getting attacked majorly
for being a never Trumper, which he was in twenty sixteen,
and they were like, Marjorie Taylor Green, how dare you
go for this guy? And I had to convince every
when JD has changed, he's completely changed. He's also solidly

(32:04):
America first, he represents and I line up with him
perfectly on what I want the Republican Party to be,
and that is to be America first, against the military
industrial complex, foreign wars, solidly for border security security across America,
pro family, pro family values, totally against DEI, which is

(32:25):
completely destroying a generation of white men in the workplace
blocking them from advancing simply because they were born male
and born white. For the working class, I come from
a construction company, owning and operating it. Those are the
people that working people are the people I care about,
and they're most of America. JD is that person. And

(32:46):
guess what, here's the good news. MAGA is not supported.
Just because you were there on twenty sixteen for the
escalator moment, people are allowed to change their mind.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
And that's a good thing.

Speaker 6 (32:56):
I think that's actually super important. And I haven't heard
very many people talk about this. There are a lot
of people listening to us right now who were not
Trump people in twenty fifteen when he came down the escalator.
Even in twenty sixteen Trump, I think this is a
big credit.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
We talk about this on the show.

Speaker 6 (33:12):
Trump is willing to forgive mean things that you might
have been said about him because there's been so much
negativity about him.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
People have to learn.

Speaker 6 (33:21):
How many people do you hear from now who initially said, oh,
I was not very much Trump that are now as
die hard as they could possibly be.

Speaker 5 (33:29):
Tons of people. Yeah, And guess what, that's how you
win elections. That's right, and that's how you actually change things.
And God bless those people, because you know, it's hard
to admit you're wrong. It's hard to make a big move.
And I love those people. I also think this is
why jd is another great pick for vice president. He
represents so many Americans that were the I hate Donald

(33:51):
Trump people, maybe for in twenty sixteen, maybe they were
still there in twenty twenty. Guess what we want those people.
We welcome them and we're really thankful when they're coming
across and saying I'm ready to vote for Donald Trump.

Speaker 3 (34:04):
So what are you expecting from the Trump speech? Which
will be.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Tomorrow And I'm trying to remember what day of the
week it is. It's all kind of blending together here,
but which will be tomorrow night.

Speaker 5 (34:13):
History is going to be made. Everyone knows this is
a what a time to be alive, and what an
incredible convention we're having. I think the entire world is
going to be watching that speech. President Trump, I believe,
is going to come out just a leader in terms
we're not even ready to describe yet, and we all

(34:35):
cannot wait for him to take that stage. Just surviving
in an assassination attempt.

Speaker 6 (34:39):
Where were you when you saw the video of the
assassination attempt, and what was your immediate reaction.

Speaker 5 (34:44):
That's the question for everybody, right. Yeah, I've been nine
to eleven moments. I was at home watching the rally
on my television. It was my one day off before
I had come out here.

Speaker 6 (34:53):
You and all of us, we were like, we're going
to chill and take a day off before all the chaos.

Speaker 5 (34:57):
Yeah, I was at home, and like everyone else, I
think that was what was it like? Two minutes longest
two minutes? It seemed to be an eternity and such
a range of emotions and prayers being said. Truly a
miracle from God, and it was amazing to witness that,
no doubt.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Marjorie Taylor Green. Everybody, thank you so much for being
here with us. We appreciate you.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
The Congress Marjorie Taylor Green. Everyone knows that. But you know,
I just to give your official title and uh, yeah,
well I.

Speaker 6 (35:26):
Was just gonna say last ques sports prediction or well
I know that you are a fan of rap because
I saw you put up and I know the Notorious
Big they were.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
They were unhappy you put that out.

Speaker 6 (35:36):
Would you like to see fifty cent show up and
potentially be involved in the RNC if if they asked
your opinion on that many men for people who know
that song, would you like to see that about him
surviving gunshow?

Speaker 3 (35:50):
Absolutely? I thought so. Absolutely, I'm all for it. Yeah, wow,
do you know that that's maybe? Maybe? Who is your
favorite hip hop band of the nineties?

Speaker 5 (36:01):
So I'm never a favorite Okay, Yeah, I'm never a
favorites person. Like you said, what's your favorite dessert, I'm
not going to throw out a dessert or dinner there's
I just love a wide range of music and truly
appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (36:12):
Oh wow, Okay.

Speaker 6 (36:13):
I loved when you put that video out, and I
also loved that they were upset about it.

Speaker 3 (36:18):
So he made a lot of money when I did that.

Speaker 5 (36:20):
You know he did that song got sold atending like
they're so upset about it.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
Yes, outrage.

Speaker 7 (36:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
Well, have a great rest of R and c MTG.
Thank you so much.

Speaker 6 (36:30):
You guys appreciate it, no doubt. When we come back,
tons more guests coming your way. Well, you're going to
