This is only the fifth episode of the first season for Code: BLACK but it's one that will definitely stand out when you watch it now. Why? Because it depicts the spread of an infectious virus that starts at a medical convention. The symptoms include severe difficulty breathing. A seclusion area within the ER is established immediately. There is debate about the necessity of wearing protective masks. 😷 And even mention of a foreign country where the infection may have come from as well as government officials who the doctors do not want to have to deal with. The storyline oddly seems like what occurred around the world during the COVID pandemic... but this episode originally aired in 2015 😲 and COVID didn't become prominent until late 2019/early 2020 🤔
