Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaThe fight sequence of Neo versus Smith and his clones (a.k.a. The Burly Brawl) took 27 days to shoot.
- GoofsDuring the chase scene on the highway numerous cars are crashed and/or destroyed in the center of the highway and a large amount of wrecks litter the road so all traffic should have stopped and been completely backed up at that point, however as they start forward on the motorcycle, and subsequently backwards when they turn to avoid the agents, traffic is still flowing normally, like no wrecks had happened.
- Quotes
The Architect: You are here because Zion is about to be destroyed. Its every living inhabitant terminated, its entire existence eradicated.
Neo: Bullshit.
[the monitors respond the same]
The Architect: Denial is the most predictable of all human responses. But, rest assured, this will be the sixth time we have destroyed it, and we have become exceedingly efficient at it.
- Crazy creditsThe trailer for Matrix Revolutions is shown at the end of the credits.
- Alternate versionsThe version shown on TBS dubs the excessive use of the word "Shit" to "Shoot" or "Shucks." It also omits the nudity during the scene in Zion about 25 minutes in and the lines "You're fucking dead!" and "I'm gonna fucking kill you!" have the expletives cut out of the scene. Plus some of the car chase was omitted.
