Athlete of the Week: Grace Hoeper

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - Solon junior Grace Hoeper, who competes for City High, is dominating high school swimming this season. Grace, who is the defending state champ in the 50 freestyle, has the fastest time in the state by almost a second.
