Ducks upset Wildcats in semifinals of Pac-12 basketball tournament
Arizona will have to wait until Sunday to find out where they are going in the NCAA tournament
LAS VEGAS (13 News) - Oregon beat Arizona 67-59 in a semifinal game at the final Pac-12 men’s basketball tournament on Friday, March 15.
Oregon’s Jackson Shelstad scored a game-high 21 points, Jermaine Couisnard added 20 points and N’Faly Dante posted a double of 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Omar Bellow led Arizona with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Caleb Love left the game early and had only six points to go with four turnovers.
The Wildcats blew an 10-point halftime lead on their way to losing in the semifinal.
Oregon will now play in the Pac-12 championship game, which is set for 6 p.m. Saturday on Fox. The Ducks will play Washington State or Colorado. The Cougars and Buffaloes were playing in the other tournament semifinal later Friday.
Arizona will have to wait to see where it will play in the NCAA tournament. The annual Selection Sunday show is set for 5 p.m. Sunday on ESPN. Arizona already had a slim chance to grab a No. 1 seed. With the loss Friday, that is nearly impossible. But the Wildcats will be one of the better No. 2 or No. 3 seeds in the Big Dance.
