Organizational Strategy

Organizational Strategy leads a comprehensive program to measure, understand, and maximize the Libraries’ value and contributions to the university and the communities we serve. It applies portfolio management tools and frameworks; oversees the collection, stewardship, quality control, analysis, and visualization of data and performance measures; and provides management information to help adaptively plan, forecast change, identify opportunities, and guide decisions and priorities that achieve strategic alignment and help consistently realize our vision as a competitive advantage for teaching, learning, and research at NC State.
