We had an awesome turnout for last week's open house event in partnership with West Slope Startup Week. Several people traveled from the Front Range to visit our facility and speak with our team. We love showcasing where the next generation of in-space propulsion is manufactured—in the mountains of Colorado.

Colorado is known for its sudden, intense electrical storms. This week, our hot fire test team wasn't just testing rocket engines—they also helped extinguish a tree fire caused by a lightning strike. Most days, we're igniting fires, but some days, we're also fighting them. A huge shoutout to our team for all the hard work they do! Jaydee Dyess + Charlie K.

An awesome lineup of speakers for the upcoming Payload webinar presented by Flow Engineering about the future of MBSE including Chief Engineer Clayton Birchenough from Agile Space Industries.
The industry is talking more and more about MBSE. Can we do better than SysML V2, Capella and existing tools? What is the holy grail of SE vs where we are today? Join our next webinar on Aug. 26 with Pari Singh of Flow Engineering, Chris D. of True Anomaly, Clayton Birchenough of Agile Space Industries, and John Alser of Radiant to learn more! “We [the industry] are getting away from the ulta-low weight, high efficiency spherical tanks to a more practical solution for the needs of today’s spacecraft” said Lars Osborne, Chief Engineer. “In small satellites today, volume is more important than mass, and small sacrifices to mass are worth the gains in volume efficiency and delivery speed”. We have designed our tanks to make more efficient use of small spacecraft volumes and accelerate lead times. https://lnkd.in/gv-QRuD6

We are seeing a significant need for dynamic maneuverability in the small satellite market. This was evident at #SmallSat2024, where many space companies were either asking for or announcing solutions to meet this demand. We have designed our propellant tanks to address this need, with a rapid manufacturing schedule and lower cost compared to traditional tanks for storing hypergolic propellants. https://lnkd.in/eijs5z7x

Agile Space announces development on new zero slosh tank hardware. https://lnkd.in/gv-QRuD6 In recent years, the need for small satellites to execute complex maneuvers in space has grown significantly. Small spacecraft must now perform complex Rendezvous and Proximity Operations (RPO) missions and be launched on rapid timelines. Agile’s new line of storable propellant tanks addresses this with a rapidly manufactured, volumetrically efficient, zero-slosh piston tank product line.
