What are some quick stress-relief techniques I can use during work? 1. Deep Breathing: Take a few minutes to focus on deep, slow breathing. Inhale through your nose for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale through your mouth for a count of four. This can help reduce tension and anxiety. 2. Short Walks: If possible, take a brief walk outside or even around the office. Exercise can help clear your mind, improve your mood, and boost your energy. 3. Desk Stretches: Do some simple stretches while sitting or standing at your desk. Stretching can help relieve muscle tension and improve blood flow. 4. That's why, in collaboration with health tech leader Huma, we have broadened access to Bayer Aspirin Heart Health Risk Assessment, which was launched in 2024, in Saudi Arabia. We´ve raised awareness among more than 3 million individuals about this tool that enables them to understand their risk for developing cardiovascular disease (CVD).
