I'm incredibely grateful for the opportunity to attend the Bossed Up Power Hour featuring the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce! Emilie Aries, SPHR, the founder of Bossed Up and Amanda D Kelly (D.Psych), the president and CEO of Firefly Autism discussed neurodiversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the workplace and how we can all advocate for a more neurodiverse, inclusive world. They shared some mind-blowing stats and suggested some amazing ways to ensure that the workplace is inclusive, starting with job postings to ensure no one is excluded from the start. Luckily, they also posted a podcast about this topic! Definitely go give it a listen. https://lnkd.in/eNGDhRRC
