We are very pleased to announce our first King Air 360 HeliMods Next Generation Air Ambulance is now in service. This marks a momentous and exciting milestone for Carson Air! This aircraft is the first of it's kind in North America and will change how Air Ambulance is operated in BC. C-GCAO had it's first test flight Wednesday May 1st, after 2 years of hard work and modifications by our whole team. The aircraft was unveiled to our employees and partner, BCEHS, in Kelowna, Vancouver and Prince George over the last week. We wish to give many thanks to all of our employees and the whole team at HeliMods for the completion of this outstanding build. We are very proud of what has been accomplished, and excited to lead the way in innovation for Air Ambulance services!

We are extremely proud that DRF Stiftung Luftrettung gemeinnützige AG is intending to use the PAL™ for its own fleet of aircraft and also wishes to support HeliMods in the distribution of our innovative product in Europe.

#DeineLuftretter #HeliExpo2024 https://lnkd.in/ep3w4Gaz

Since joining the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), we've really appreciated all the support from the committee and resources they've provided! Below Miranda McLennan shares her highlights from the annual conference she attended last week! #AAGE2023 #graduateprogram #HeliMods #aerospaceengineering

Board Member of Wishlist (Sunshine Coast Health Foundation) | Executive Committee Member of Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce

Last week I attended my very first Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) annual conference in Sydney where we celebrated their 35th anniversary! The conference was nothing short of inspiring as I joined thought leaders, industry experts, and program managers across all industries to discuss the future of graduate programs. The focus of this year's conference was clear: How can we attract and engage with top talent from our institutions and provide them with an empowering and supportive graduate program. Three key highlights that stood out for me: 1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Graduate Programs The increasing role of AI in shaping graduate programs was a hot topic. It's evident that AI is becoming an invaluable tool in personalising learning experiences and helping graduates make the most of their journey from classrooms to careers. 2. Building Resilience in Graduates The world is changing at an unprecedented pace, and our graduates need to be equipped with resilience and adaptability, preparing them for careers which don't yet exist. The discussions on strategies and best practices to instill these qualities in our future leaders were particularly interesting. 3. Industry Collaboration A recurring theme was the need for better collaboration among industries, universities, schools and government bodies. Together, we can create a seamless transition for graduates into the workforce, ensuring they are not just job-ready but industry-ready. I'm very excited to continue shaping our Graduate Program at HeliMods to ensure our grads have every opportunity to explore a purposeful career within the Aerospace industry. A massive thank you to the entire AAGE committee for organising such a brilliant event. I'd strongly encourage anyone in the early careers space to mark next year's event on the calendar! A special mention to Shanan Green, Karrie Bishop, Tara Nance (Nee Cronin), Criteria Corp, Sophie Renton, The University of Queensland, RMIT University, Monash University, Deakin University, Maddie West, Megan Lilly and Georgette Elston for the phenomenal presentations and conversations over the 3 days. #AAGE2023 #GraduatePrograms #AI #HeliMods
