We’ve been at the forefront of innovation in driving safety and efficiency, and our commitment continues with the development of the Electro-Mechanical Brake (EMB) system. This next-generation braking solution is set to redefine safety and performance in electric vehicles and autonomous driving. #Newsletter #August_Edition The EMB system is a cutting-edge integration that replaces traditional mechanical linkages with a by-wire connection, enabling immediate braking response and precise control through electronic signals. With mass production planned for 2027, the EMB is designed to enhance both safety and environmental sustainability. One of the standout features of the EMB is its Stable Fail-Operational Control, which intelligently redistributes braking power in the event of a failure, ensuring maximum safety and control. Additionally, the system eliminates the need for brake fluid and hydraulics, making it an eco-friendly choice for the future. The EMB system not only enhances driver safety but also contributes to a greener planet. Our integrated solutions have captured global attention with a “Grand Slam,” clenching 3 of the world’s top design awards. At the center of this record-breaking achievement is the Active Aero Lighting System (AALS), a functional, fuel-efficient, and well-designed product integrating aerodynamic enhancement tech with an innovative lamp system. This marks the first time that a MOBIS tech took home all major awards, Germany’s iF DESIGN Award and Red Dot Design Award, and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) IDEA Award. Key elements to this innovation are the dynamic air curtains and lamps that slide in and out to match driving conditions. The M.VISION TO also turned heads at CES 2023, winning “Best of the Best” at Germany’s Red Dot Award as well as the main award at the iF Design Awards. This electrified autonomous vehicle features the e-Corner System as well as other stunning features such as the Communication Lighting System and Mixed Reality display. By reimagining more versatile technologies at the intersection of functionality and design, the “Grand Slam” is only the beginning of our achievements in creative solutions for the future of mobility.

Our retired demo vehicles are reborn for college students!   We’ve donated 10 of our retired demo vehicles to Kyunggi University of Science and Technology (Kyunggi Tech) in South Korea. The donation includes combustion engine vehicle, EVs, and HEVs. Not only does this move make smart use of resources by recycling, but it provides aspiring mobility engineers with unique opportunities for learning. Through the donation students will gain hands-on experience disassembling, getting to learn in depth about internal combustion engines, high-voltage batteries, and EV drive motors. We’re taking every opportunity to foster a more enriched future of mobility. #FutureMobility #Donation #CSR #FutureTech #TheOneforAllMobility #HyundaiMOBIS #MOBIS
