Mercury's unique perspective and commitment to innovation, collaboration and creativity positions our clients to win.

About us

Mercury is a national bipartisan government relations and strategic communications firm. We are built on the belief that getting results demands an understanding of how to control the external environment for our clients, and we have the talent and experience to do just that. Our government relations team is composed of experts from government and political offices as well as campaigns. Our public relations team has vast experience working with national, local and ethnic media, and engage with the press every day. Our expertise in these fields offer a unique perspective rarely seen at other agencies, and our results bear that out. Formed in 1999, Mercury was among a small group of boutique public-affairs firms led by campaign veterans who brought their political skill sets into the boardroom. Our growth since has been fueled by success in shaping the environment for non-profits, foundations, universities, companies and leaders. Acquired by Omnicom four years later, Mercury now has over 130 professionals in more than 12 offices. The firm provides a comprehensive suite of services that includes media relations, strategy and execution, federal government relations, international affairs, crisis communications, digital, think tank, public opinion research, and a bipartisan grassroots mobilization network in all 50 states. Mercury has offices in Washington, D.C., New York, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois, California and Pennsylvania, as well as a formidable international presence. Mercury is a part of Omnicom Group Inc., a leading global marketing and corporate communications company. Omnicom's branded networks and numerous specialty firms provide advertising, strategic media planning and buying, digital and interactive marketing, direct and promotional marketing, public relations and other specialty communications services to over 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries.

  • Go Kuae! We’re so proud of our VP of Media Relations Kuae Noel Kelch, who recently discussed her time with Vice President Kamala Harris at Howard University as line sisters in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the oldest sorority founded by African American women and one of the Divine Nine organizations. “Everyone knew that Kamala was calm and cool and collected under stress, under deadlines, under anything that we had to do together,” she told the Bay State Banner. “Kamala had leadership from the very beginning. We saw it and we knew it.” https://shorturl.at/vGjAS
