As we wrap up our back-to-school drive, we’d like to thank our partner, Sarah Thorp (pictured on right) and her wonderful team at Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) for donating backpacks filled with school supplies for youth as they begin a new school year. We’re so grateful for their ongoing partnership! Interested in learning more about how to donate to other drives? LEAP students just finished a 12-week urban farming internship with Four Sisters Native American Community Development Institute where they learned the basics of gardening, sustainable/regenerative farming, farm-to-table meal planning, and so much more! We celebrated their summer program by enjoying homemade pesto with basil from the garden and gathering with the partners of the program, as well as family and friends at the garden lot. Thanks to Native American Community Development Institute - NACDI and Hired for your support this summer!
