    This group of IT interns has been working hard this summer supporting our business and learning new skills, and we'd love for you to meet them! Brian Zetzer, a junior at Miami University in Oxford, OH, is working on an Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) data management system and learning other technical skills while supporting IT projects. Carley Shepherd, a senior at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, has spent her summer focusing on the EDI integration process and adding a new trading partner to our EDI platform. Gus Pitstick, a junior at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH, is enhancing his skills in the Power BI platform by promoting efficient utilization of workspaces.     A wealth of culinary talent exists within the walls of the T. Marzetti Innovation Center. Each day, our experienced chefs partner with talented food scientists to explore new culinary concepts, research flavor trends, lead product development, and build relationships with customers to support our foodservice and retail businesses.  In honor of #NationalCulinaryArtsMonth, we asked our team to share more about their passion for culinary excellence:  “I’m passionate about exploring different culinary scenes and using those experiences as inspiration to develop new menu concepts for others to enjoy.” – Chris Domanik, Senior Manager Culinary R&D   “I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues to brainstorm ideas, envision possibilities, and bring concepts to life.     This summer, we had the privilege of welcoming two talented interns to our finance team. Emma Shirzad, a senior at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, has been hard at work developing financial reporting processes to support our Foodservice and Retail businesses. Max Murch, a senior at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, has supported several business units through the execution and analysis of SG&A benchmark surveys.     Happy #NationalInternDay! A special group of students from universities across the nation joined us this summer to participate in our internship program, and we are grateful for the talent, drive, and curiosity they've brought to our organization. Our interns work hard – but they play hard, too. This week was packed with exciting activities and experiences, including an inaugural Intern Field Day and bowling, to celebrate all they've accomplished this summer!

    We have an outstanding group of Human Resources students participating in our Summer Internship Program, and we'd love for you to meet them: Helene Beerman, a junior at Miami University in Oxford, OH, is supporting our benefits team by analyzing our existing programs and making recommendations to promote employee well-being. April Vande Voort, a master's student at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, has spent her summer working closely with the HR teams in our manufacturing facilities to enhance our recruiting process. Anna Hahn, a senior at Elon University in Elon, NC, is focused on nourishing and developing the great talent we have at T. Marzetti. She even facilitated a workshop at our recent HR conference!
