Responsibilities
Accurately perform specimen analysis
Phlebotomies
Specimen Collection
Process Collected Specimens
Process Specimen Tubes for Send-Out Testing
POC (point of care) Testing (iSTAT and INR)
Maintain Specimen Integrity throughout Specimen Collection
Run Hematology Analyzer (Sysmex)
Documents/Verifies Results in necessary programs (iKnowMed and Orchard)
Work with the team to insure compliance with COLA & CLIA regulations
Qualifications
ASCP Certification Required
At least 1 year phlebotomy and laboratory diagnostic experience required
Previous hematology and oncology experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
