Job Description:
The L&D sales trainer is instrumental in the development of GQR’s most important asset, our people. Through facilitation of GQR’s training programs you will be equipped in training industry-leading human capital consultants across our Life Sciences and Technology divisions and to all levels of experience. Our learning programs blend training, eLearning and coaching, all with the objective of developing our talent to be high performing, world class recruiters.
Opportunity:
Delivers training program to new hires at all levels, including but not limited to:
Presentation of training material using a variety of techniques such as: classroom-based eLearning, lectures, simulations, group activities/exercises, role-plays, team discussions, videos, etc.
Closely supports and develops in their first 12 weeks and reviews performance with TLs
Conducts training needs analyses to recommend and conduct additional trainings as necessary
Reviews training feedback and optimizes content to improve learning outcomes
Coordinates training logistics including: classrooms, resources, materials, etc.
Maintains effective relationships and communication with management and leadership
Makes necessary updates to existing training program to foster continued success in developing new hires
Creates engaging eLearning content and uses Darwin to develop others
Collaborates with L&D peers, taking ownership of relevant projects
Continually develops own skills in learning and development to ensure best possible learning for others
