Ever caught yourself wondering about the intriguing irony in the legal realm? 🤔🏛️ It's a fascinating spectacle to witness lawyers passionately delving into caselaws from the high courts, leaving their own cases waiting in the wings. "Vision or Purpose: Which is more important in life?” 🎯 In the course of daily decision-making, our brains automatically compare and contrast the observable differences between the options at our disposal. It's crucial to think about if "Vision" and "Purpose" are truly significantly different from one another or if they follow similar paths in light of the available possibilities. The ideas of purpose and vision are, intrinsically linked. These two concepts are not distinct notions. They have a symbiotic relationship in which one's existence is necessary for the other to have any purpose. Essentially, without the support of one, the other finds it difficult to balance. Finding one's purpose can be challenging in the absence of a clear vision, and a vision without a compelling purpose is futile and unstructured. The life of our late President APJ Abdul Kalam stage a perfect example of the fact that dreams can turn into reality if Vision and Mission are aligned. His dedication towards science and technology helped him rise to prominence as a scientist and play a significant role in the country's missile and nuclear weapons programs. Kalam's rise from modest origins to the position of President of India serves as an example of how one can truly mold their life. All this was possible because he could efficiently couple Vision and Mission. Like Kalam, many prominent figures in modern day history have rose from Ras to Riches merely because they could align the two terms together. Examples like – Barak Obama, Dhirubhai Ambani, Narendra Modi, Anandibai Joshi, Mary Kom, Pankaj Tripathi etc. prove that one can flourish in any profession if they can put Vision and Mission in the same boat. Hence, the two terms are indeed two sides of the same coin. Though the words may have different dictionary definitions, they are designed to assist one another. An ideal state would exist only when one wishes to attain can be visualized with the help of a clear vision coupled with mission.

Monisha beta, “dishonor of cheque” kaho. “Cheque bounce” sounds so pedestrian! A good way to remember strictly legal language as opposed to terms used colloquially. I could do a whole series on this. Here’s another one - Monisha beta, “Final report under S. 173 CRPC” kaho. “Chargesheet” is so lower middle class! 😂😂😂 Feel free to add your own. Have a good weekend. #justforlaughs #law #sarabhaivssarabhai
