The event will include: -A community engagement fair -Two conflict resolution workshops (registration required!) -A brief reception with light bites -Performance commemorating the legacy of Nelson Mandela -An intergenerational conversation -The Spirit of Nelson Mandela Award given to Reverend Jesse Jackson The goal of this event is to teach youth ages 6-24 and their families about the teachings of Nelson Mandela through resource sharing, workshops and celebration.
