Our founders at Force of Nature Meats should teach a course for corporate leaders on all things culture and creating purpose in the work place. I was looking through our team bios on our wesbite the other day and I thought two things: 1.) Our team is cool as shit --> Check us out in link below 😁 2.) Our team embodies the mission and values of our company How did our founders accomplish this? 1.) They founded a company with an insanely cool and impactful mission of creating a regenerative supply chain (not everyone can do this) 2.) They painstakingly and obsessively curated our core values 3.) NO SHORTCUTS in the hiring process. Almost everyone on our team chats with potential new hires and EVERY potential employee comes out to HQ to meet the team, see Roam Ranch and break bread (we celebrate food here at FON!) #hiring #team #teambuilding #corevalues #regenerativeagriculture #food https://lnkd.in/g__24rTC

Bossville Farms, a legacy family-run hemp farm based out of South Carolina, for instance, has managed to successfully add value to their agricultural processes. For them, adding more agricultural value involves transforming raw hemp materials into a variety of products and uses. This includes harvesting, drying, extracting cannabinoids like CBD and formulating products, quality testing, packaging, and marketing for distribution. These techniques make hemp farming economically viable because they provide several income streams while catering to various industries and consumer needs and increasing the range of hemp-derived products, from CBD oils to textiles, that maximize the use of different hemp components. However, the same concept and techniques can be applied to just about any other raw material. #Agriculture, #Sustainability, #FarmingInnovation, #Donate, #HighTunnelRenovation, #EcoFriendlyFarming, #GreenAgriculture, #SupportFarmers, #BossvilleFarms, #FarmingForTheFuture #Forbes #SouthCarolina #HamptonCounty

“The real question is how as a beef industry do we raise the volume of beef that we need to raise with the quality that we need to raise it and then make it affordable for the consumer to buy at the end? The answer to that right now is the Big Four, which makes it really difficult to transition to different production practices.” Cassidy Johnston joins us on the pod this week to dig into the reality of ranching and the beef industry, including a lot of parallels to the supply chain of crop production. Tune in! #ranching #rancher #cattle #beef

Are our "leaders" trying to put independent farmers in Idaho out of business... or is it really about "conservation"? Something doesn't add up... so a farmer and his "granny" are doing something about it. Meet the newest wave of patriots... "rebel farmers". REPOST far and wide and wake people up. And someone put me in touch with this duo so we can tell their story... #thinblueline #lawenforcement

This is what happened when our World of Regeneration sweepstakes winners, Roni and Justyn, crashed our Leadership Team meeting during their prize winning trip to our farm in Richvale, CA. Roni: “We didn’t realize that all of this stuff happened right here.” Justyn: “Everything that you guys do from beginning to end is insane” Craig Stevenson (our CEO): “It might be, actually”. If doing the “INSANE” thing means doing the right thing, then we’re all in…always!” #regenerativeagriculture #regenerativefarming #organicrice #organicfarming #organicfood #familybusiness #cpgbrands #LundbergFamilyFarms
