Facilitate the payment collection process smoothly and efficiently. Daily Reporting and Documentation: Maintain a daily worksheet to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress. Prepare and submit daily work reports to the supervisor or management, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges encountered. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a good quality camera. Must have a quiet workplace conducive to conducting virtual interviews. Probation Period: During the first 35 days, candidates will be on probation. They will receive a stipend between INR 5,250 to INR 7,250 based on their previous experience. The full stipend will be provided only if the candidate fulfils the following requirements: Present for all 35 days without any leave. Generate a total 200 leads. Fill out 10 interview schedules. Conduct 6 virtual interviews. Note: Failure to meet these requirements may result in a reduction of the stipend.
