I own the car - amazing design and fantastic car but has some issues. My name is Vivek Behl and I have requested a refund for the car within two weeks of purchasing the car due to bugs and have a young family so needed reliability. This happened in March and since then I’ve been promised a processed refund and collection of the car. However, last week, I recieved an automated reply saying the organisation is insolvent and now I’m stuck - I need the refund as I cannot purchase another car without the funds. I paid the entire amount for the car and would appreciate a response and next steps as to when I would recieve the refund as promised all over email (so I have written proof) - for such a beautiful car, the customer experience has been appalling. I truly believe the organisation would have succeeded if you had the right customer strategy in place.
Nice words, unfortunately hollow & without perspective. Yes, the FOO is a really good car, but without any support & service in Norway, world no.1 market for EVs. My FOO still runs on 1.11 without any assistance to upgrade to 2.2. Fisker Inc. - stand by for your existing FOO owners !
Karma is a bitch. Pun intended. The Fisker name will always be synonymous with failure. My sympathy goes out to all those Ocean owners and investors that put more money and faith into the company than Henrik and his family did. Legal actions should be taken for this blatant mismanagement.
It is a shame that I have had to contact the BBB/ NHTSA and FTC regarding unresponsive support and warranty concerns. FOE owner and eradicated shareholder with nobody to talk with regarding our Fisker experience........ earth to Fisker, man the phones.......

Fisker - all the aftersales contacts I was given when I purchased my ocean in Munich / Germany have disappeared. Who has the authority and capability to initiate a OTA to at least 2.0? I am still at 1.11 here

5dWhat a shame! Less than 1 cent a share! You should go back and see when it was $3-7 I asked you all to get these deals signed! Unfortunately you all have decided to do it on your own and this was failure #2! And who is left at a huge loss - us retail investors! I wish I understood how or why people let their ego get in the way of success! It’s bizarre how unaware some folks are! It’s a shame that people believed in your idea and business! Creditors did as well! When you can’t separate husband and wife from business it causes issues BIG TIME! When one acts against Wallstreet analysts and investors this is what happens. When you try and scold people during earnings calls this is what happens! In the end you all could have apologized and fixed it all then! But when your ego and family get involved with a public company = failure! Again look back on how many times I have tried guiding you all and crickets! You pay PJT millions, pay yourselves millions, pay a board members millions to guide through this process all shows who you care about! Wake up! Sell the entire company and concept and all patents to Stellantis they will show you how to run a business! Next time take my advice or others instead of just your own!
