We often discuss the promise and benefits of #AI, but it's important to understand how this technology truly operates. When starting conversations with customers, this AI Explainer video is a go-to resource. It provides an easy-to-understand overview of generative AI, from user interaction to the basics of how AI orchestrators work with large language models (LLMs) to pull and utilize data. Watch below to gain a better understanding of how Microsoft #Copilot works behind the scenes to generate new ideas and solve problems, delivering more accurate, relevant, and personalized responses.
I like that analogy as well, and took it a step further in my book on #copilotformicrosoft365. With the LLM being the library, #Copilot is the librarian. They need a solid request to get you the right book. Ask a good librarian for a book on history, and they might ask several questions to narrow in on the right epoch, topic, and theme. Similarly, Copilot is an amazing tool, but it's not a mind-reading machine. Think of Copilot as an electronic librarian or intern, taking direction from your tutelage. https://www.amazon.com/Elevate-Enterprise-Using-Copilot-Microsoft/dp/B0D6PZ539W#customerReviews

1moI like the overall pacing of the description however the opening is wrong. "What is generative AI?" is answered by a description of Microsoft CoPilot. Linking Generative AI as a broad concept to the limitation that humans have to prompt it in a text field misleads them into thinking that CoPilot = Generative AI and instead it should be CoPilot 'powered by Generative AI' >> So many Gen AI tools operate entirely in the background and have nothing to do with prompts or user interfaces required human input.
