For Sky Airlines, the idea that its locations already feature prominently in videos that customers were watching proved to be ingenious. 👉 After identifying their audience and cross-referencing their data on YouTube, 👉 finding the videos shot on locations they fly to and then 👉 featuring their comment directed viewers to the part of the video featuring a tourist destination they fly to! Interested in going there? Travel with Sky Airlines! From watching it to getting there. The result? A 21% jump in tickets during a down season! Okay, this is weird, but airlines can boost revenue for your e-comm brand This is the wake-up call you didn't know you needed 20 years ago: Airlines with standard safety videos get the message across The passengers: Half asleep and zoning out after 5s Then Virgin Airlines revolutionized the game Now: Every airline has a creative and funny/entertaining safety video that feels more like a short movie or even a TikTok How does that help brands? Well many brands have ads that feel like security videos from 20 years ago It gets the message across and does decent, but could be so much better If you're not creative in today's game you're leaving a lot of money on the table Most agencies haven't even made the transition to focusing on creatives tho THat's why I do it differently Let's talk growth together in my DMs P.s.
