We are excited to highlight several of our recent NANDA-I paper award winners! For the first time, NANDA-I presented an award for best paper presentation at our conference. The intention of the Research Committee, led by Dr. Silvia Caldeira, was to name one overall best paper. Currently writing some reflections for my NMC Revalidation. Having been awarded an Elsie Wagg (Innovation) Scholarship from The Queen's Nursing Institute and NGS, I’ve reflected on one of the workshop sessions about ‘Thinking Differently’ and the impact it has made on my day to day care and the difference it makes to my patients approaching problems differently. Reflection makes me realise how uncomfortable I felt doing a consultation differently in the beginning, but now see the benefits in improved quality of care and feedback from patients in taking a holistic approach to lifestyle changes. #ExceptionalQNs #lovenursing #makeadifference

The Florida Center for Nursing has published the "2023 NCLEX Report" - https://lnkd.in/e2TNEW-v One of the key findings of the report: Florida’s 2023 NCLEX-PN pass rate was 74.87%, below the national average of 86.87%. Florida’s NCLEX-PN pass rates ranked 52 of 54 jurisdictions.
