We're hiring an Ecosystem Success Manager! ⚡️ At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. We are seeking an ecosystem success manager to ensure a high standard quality of applications in our ecosystem and accelerating standout teams. Responsibilities - Oversee Testnet Checklist Level Program: -- Oversee the development and implementation of our Testnet Checklist Level Program. -- Define the categories, weight of each category, points required to level up, and perks for projects at each level. -- Assist teams in progressing through the levels. -- Determine metrics for the program, such as the number or percentage of teams ranking up or reaching certain readiness levels. -- Integrate partners into the program, including sourcing, aligning, and filling out partners for the checklist. - Data Collection: -- Collecting data to inform our strategies. -- Produce weekly reports that propose three next steps, based on updates to the Testnet Checklist and ecosystem data reports. -- Automate reporting, with a target on the percentage of teams submitting their metrics from various sources (Discord, Twitter, Raise, etc). This ties into our Testnet Checklist, encouraging all teams to track their progress. - Ecosystem Scaling: -- Play a key role in scaling our ecosystem. -- Foster intra-ecosystem partnerships, including farm connections, content of partnerships, and amplification. Qualifications - Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Experience in automating reporting systems is an advantage. - Experience in managing a sizable project portfolio. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Established relationships and experience with startups and the Web3 ecosystem. - Experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or leader within Layer One or Layer Two chain. - A degree in Business Management, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of established network in the developers, founders, and investment communities is a plus. Operations automation is a key ingredient allowing startups and scale-ups to outperform their competitors. But your tech team never has enough time to allocate to it. It is 10x harder to make something simple than more complicated. As completely inexperienced founders with no technical background, my cofounder and I found this out the hard way. We launched a good idea into an underserved market with all the bells and whistles that we thought our prospective customers would find invaluable. Turns out, many of the more advanced software features - the ones we spent tons of resources on - were rarely used. Looking back, we could have launched our hiring product with 40% of the feature set and not only would we have spent less time and money in development, but we likely would have achieved higher adoption due to a better user experience. Research what your customers actually want. Build an MVP. Iterate based on user feedback. Sounds simple, right?
