Today, on the 5th consecutive year of #WorldQualityDay, Savencia employees worldwide gathered for workshops, games, and quizzes. They united to uphold our quality heritage, remembering and sharing fundamentals, while having fun. The Group aims to reaffirm the importance of quality in manufacturing while bolstering the culture of food safety, and fostering employee commitment in an engaging edutainment setting. "We pay a special attention to the quality and differentiation of our products, from the local collection of milk from our partner producers to the finished product, in each of the 31 countries where we operate. A quality model that also relies on its strong territorial roots", admits Anne ANGELINI, Quality Director – Processed and Cream Cheese Category. She adds: "Our common priority is, of course, to satisfy our consumers on a daily basis. In a continuous concern for improvement and development of our quality and food safety culture, we have decided to regularly train and raise awareness among all our teams through games. This method is more and more used and enables them to be more involved and to better understand the messages." #WeAreSavencia
