MITRE ATLAS (Adversarial Threat Landscape for Artificial-Intelligence Systems) is a globally accessible, living knowledge base of adversary tactics and techniques against Al-enabled systems based on real-world attack observations and realistic demonstrations from Al red teams and security groups. An important consideration to countering attacks on AI-enabled systems is establishing clear operational procedures for managing a model throughout its lifecycle. Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) defines best practices and tools for deploying reliable, reproducible, and adaptable models. https://lnkd.in/guJc9pdP

🔗 Exciting news! Check out this insightful blog post on "Any-point Trajectory Modeling for Policy Learning," which presents a novel framework called Any-point Trajectory Modeling (ATM). This framework leverages video demonstrations to pre-train a trajectory model, enabling the prediction of future trajectories of arbitrary points within a video frame. With minimal action-labeled data, this approach facilitates the learning of robust visuomotor policies. Dive into the details and explore the visualizations and code at: https://bit.ly/3H1Ty6r.

Our paper accepted at #CVPR2024 is on arxiv now: https://lnkd.in/gpUU9x_q The paper is titled "Visual Prompting for Generalized Few-shot Segmentation: A Multi-scale Approach" and is co-authored with Mennatullah Siam and my supervisors Leonid Sigal and Jim Little. In this work, we proposed an approach to Generalized Few-shot Segmentation where we: - Prompt DETR style frameworks at multiple scales through learnable visual prompts, each representing a category, learned from few-shot demonstrations. - Refining the visual prompts through a causal novel-to-base prompt attention mechanism that disentangles the base visual prompts learned with abundant data from novel prompts to improve novel class accuracy. - Furthermore, we demonstrate an approach to fine-tune these learned visual prompts in a transductive manner, utilizing unlabelled query images in addition to few-shot support images to improve novel class performance and retain the base class performance.
