The Director will provide the direction and management of ongoing support for end-user learning and development materials and system job aids. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Work with leadership to understand direction of multiple projects and programs and effectively communicate the impact to the business and end users in a clear, concise and effective manner. Collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders, business process owners, project managers, project sponsors, and change agents to accelerate adoption, drive greater utilization and higher proficiency. Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand and manage their needs and expectations through current and future system implementations. Create diverse, effective training materials to reach a disparate and dispersed audience.
