Amazing, thought-provoking day made possible by the keynote speakers and panelists sharing their valuable time and perspectives. Consistent themes throughout the day: - being more thoughtful in applying technolgy as a solution but that it must be part of the solution to remain resilient and attract customers - political risk is evolving in Canada and we cannot be complacent - information sharing and communication is important to working through industry challenges - diversity of thought and perpective is key to problem-solving and understanding stakeholder needs - economic headwinds continue but with planning, they can be weathered
