Brisbane Fireworks delivers expertly crafted MAGICAL | MASTERFUL | MEMORABLE fireworks displays for events and festivals! Have your event an awe inspiring spectacle of colour and light with audiences BUZZING for more!
Did you know… Whilst fireworks are beautiful and create memories for kids and families; And they bring communities together in celebration, they are not just a 5 minute wonder where you call up today, and we rock up tomorrow, throw some crackers on the ground, light them and walk away. It is vastly more complex and takes a lot more time to put a fireworks display together. From the initial call and booking, we start checking the site. We check the site for safety to see what we can and cannot use in the way of fireworks. Safety distances are extremely important and they really are the deciding factor. For the small fireworks, the barrage cakes of 20mm in diameter, the smallest safety distance from the fireworks to the audience is 40m. The next size up is 25mm internal diameter and they require 50m and the large 30mm barrage cakes or multishot cakes require 60m. Of course, this is also based on perfect conditions, ie. No wind. Simply put, the barrage cakes require double whatever the internal diameter is. And the reason for this is because if in the unlikely event the firework was to malfunction, blow out the side for instance, the firework has the potential to continue firing the remainder of the shots. This could mean that the fireworks shots are shooting towards the audience. Therefore, the safety distance is double to keep audiences safe and for everyone to enjoy the displays. #fireworks #events #eventsindustry #eventmanagement #functions #eventprofs #festivals #brisbane #goldcoast #brisbaneevents #weddings #brisbaneweddings #goldcoastevents
