Now this is Part Two of a very continuing series of facts, look being called something as harsh as a RACIST, without any form of documentation, fact or facts, as well as case numbers, as a Journalist I will provide you all I have, in part at which you can be the judge 👩⚖️ concerning this issues at hand. Look 👀 I have been called many names as well as slurs some racial some not, but I am NO LIAR, but the names/slurs have a lasting effect on ones personality, but being of thick skinned (its like water 💧 on a ducks back)…at one time I lived at 1412 Lakeview Avenue, Apt. 204, until a number of racist white people, the Pueblo City and County Police 👮♀️ on a false 911 call was summoned to my residence at which Zachary Cardis-Quinn did come out of his apartment and threatened to killed as well as used racial remarks and slurs towards me, Larry and my VET handicapped brother, at which were heard by numerous witnesses, yet it was I to whom was falsely arrested, not the white racist male, see case number 22CR1547 @ the combined Court within City and County of Pueblo…the case was dropped after harm was done to me at which I was made homeless (by all the so mentioned parties in this article) as well as my property stolen at the willfulness of the City and County Pueblo, DA’s OFFICE, PUEBLO SHERIFF OFFICE, PUEBLO POLICE DEPT., HOUSING AUTHORITY, PUEBLO COMBINED COURT, ET AL…now if you require more evidence go to civil action case number 23-CV-02438-SBP, 10th District Court of Colorado, at which this Federal crooked court dismissed the case without any real justification, just to cover the as*ses of the above…and the Colorado Federal Court of Appeals is just as guilty, see case 24 -1128 (still pending on an En Banc Motion) our Email Address is: [email protected] if you want any evidence forward (just one 1️⃣ per households or businesses) to you at a reasonable mailing cost, now all copies they are 100% free. JANUARY 6 AT THE SUPREME COURT By now, the US Supreme Court has finished its most recent term, and has decided its two remaining January 6 cases: Trump v. United States, and Fischer v. United States. While the former (on the scope of presidential immunity) is by far the one which has attracted the most attention, the latter also has an interesting story behind it. Unlike Donald Trump, Joseph Fischer was not a man with a national profile leading up to the storming of the Capitol. He was a police officer in Pennsylvania who took part in the riot as a participant, not a leader or instigator. And despite his status as a member of law enforcement himself, he was charged with assaulting both Capitol Police officers and members of DC’s Metropolitan Police Department. One of the charges was for obstructing an official proceeding—specifically, Congress’ counting and certification of the electoral votes. The statute that creates this crime (18 USC § 1512) contains multiple provisions; of those, Fischer was indicted for violating § 1512(c)(2), which reads: “Whoever corruptly … otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes an official proceeding, or attempts to do so…” The kicker: paragraph (c)(1), enacted at the exact same time, refers specifically to certain acts involving tampering with evidence (so-called document shredding). Fischer argued that paragraph (c)(2) must be interpreted in this context to only apply to similar conduct. Ultimately, the Supreme Court largely agreed. It held by a vote of 6 to 3 (Chief Justice Roberts writing the majority, Justice Barrett writing the dissent) that a § 1512(c)(2) charge must have some connection to evidence. However—that does not mean this law cannot be used to prosecute January 6 cases. In the case of Fischer, it may be irrelevant, as he is also facing serious felony charges directly based on assaulting police officers. For other January 6 defendants, the majority hinted that a § 1512(c)(2) charge would be appropriate if they were involved in submitting false evidence to Congress (the fake electors scheme) or if they were trying to prevent Congress from using true evidence (which could apply to many of the other offenders, who made their way onto the Senate floor to interfere with the counting of the votes). They may not have shredded any documents, but they can still face prosecution.
